Sitshoothon, “The Student from Shoothon” was named after the Shoothon Muay Thai gym owned by the great Rodriguez brothers.

The gym specializes in the art of the 8 Limbs; Muay Thai and the pugilistic form of Boxing.

Our trainers are specialists within their disciplines and teach innovative ways without compromising the honourable traditions that bring out the best in individuals – whether it be preparation for a fight, increasing fitness, weight loss or just accomplish personal goals, our trainers are there for you. Not only do have they extensive experience as trainers but they also possess real fight experience.
