Muay Thai Beginners Course
This is for the newbies! Learn all of the core fundamentals of Muay Thai in a safe, fun environment. We run through all of the basics to help you progress to the All Levels class.

Muay Thai All Levels
A traditional Thai boxing class for all ages and skill levels. Expect a high intensity workout with skipping, shadow boxing, combinations, bag work, partner drills, pad work, clinching, ab work and conditioning.

Muay Thai Pad Work
An intense and rewarding pad work class. Learn proper technique and build strength and conditioning while unleashing your power on the pads with expert coaches.

Intermediate
Muay Thai Intermediate
Step up your game with more advanced combinations, timing drills, and controlled partner work. Designed for students who've mastered the basics and want to sharpen their skills.

Muay Thai Advanced
For experienced practitioners and competitive fighters. Advanced techniques, fight strategy, and high-level sparring under expert guidance from coaches who've fought at the highest levels.

Sparring Drills
Improve your sparring skills in a controlled environment. You will need 16oz gloves, shin pads, mouth guard and groin guard to participate in our sparring sessions.

Boxing All Levels
A dedicated boxing class focusing on footwork, combinations, defensive skills and conditioning. Perfect for those who want to develop their hands or cross-train alongside Muay Thai.

Intermediate
Kids Muay Thai (4–7 yrs)
Start them young! Kids learn discipline and respect through the basics of Muay Thai — kicks, punches, knees and elbows on the bag. We also run games to keep it fun.
Mon–Thu 4:00–4:45 PM
Teens
Teens Muay Thai (8–14 yrs)
Introduce your teens to the world of traditional Thai boxing. This class focuses on discipline and respect while teaching bag work, kicks, punches, knees and elbows.

All Levels
Ladies Only Muay Thai
A women-only class in a comfortable and supportive environment. Learn authentic Muay Thai techniques, build confidence, get fit, and become part of our growing community of female fighters.
We recommend booking your free intro session online, but walk-ins are welcome for regular classes once you’re a member.
Which class is best for complete beginners?
Our Beginners Course (Mon/Tue/Wed 5:30 PM) is designed specifically for newcomers. The All Levels classes are also beginner-friendly — coaches modify exercises to your ability.
Can I try multiple class types in my free trial?
Your free intro session gives you a taste of our training style. Once you join, you get unlimited access to all classes on the timetable.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just water and a towel. We’ll lend you gloves and wraps for your first session at no extra cost. Check our Gear Guide for what to buy when you’re ready.
Are the kids classes safe?
Absolutely. Our kids and teens classes are supervised by experienced coaches in a controlled, age-appropriate environment. There is no sparring in kids classes.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there’s free street parking on Phillips Road and surrounding streets in Kogarah. The gym is also a short walk from Kogarah train station.
