Protects your hands and your training partner. 16oz is the standard weight for training — it offers the right balance of padding and wrist support.
Wraps stabilise your wrists and protect the small bones in your hands. You should wear them every session — even on the bag.
Shin-to-shin contact hurts. Guards protect both you and your partner during drills and sparring.
Protects your teeth and jaw during partner drills and sparring. Non-negotiable once you start contact work.

Traditional Muay Thai shorts have a wide leg opening so you can kick freely. They also look the part.
Lightweight ankle wraps add stability and protect against minor sprains during pivots and kicks.
Essential for sparring. Accidents happen — a groin guard is cheap insurance.

No — just bring water, a towel, and comfortable clothing. We have gloves and shin guards you can borrow for free.
16oz for training is the standard. If you’re under 55kg, 14oz may be more comfortable. For competition, check with your coach on the required weight.
