Absolutely! Our free trial classes are designed for all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you learn the art of Muay Thai.
To get started, all you will need to bring along with you is water, loose fitting clothing, and a towel. We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire that allows for ease of movement. Don’t worry about equipment—we provide gloves and shin guards for you to use during the class.
The class duration is approximately 1 hour. During this time, you will have the opportunity to experience a dynamic and engaging workout session led by our experienced instructors. It’s the perfect introduction to the world of Muay Thai.
No prior experience is necessary. Our free trial classes are designed to accommodate individuals with varying levels of experience and fitness backgrounds. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, you’ll find our classes engaging and rewarding.
Our free trial classes are open to participants of all ages. However, we do recommend that participants be at least 4 years old to ensure their safety and ability to follow the instructions provided by our instructors.

We provide protective gear such as gloves and shin guards, and our classes are conducted under proper supervision and guidance.
